What Do You Mean by Wehn a Guy Say Hope to Talk Soon Again
- #1
If you lot are talking on messenger, social media to a friend what would you say at the end of the chat. For example " Talk to you again !" or "See you lot later!" If you are non goin to come across the person is it correct to say" see you lot later" ? What else would you say? Oh, and something else. Do nosotros say talk on the Messenger, Facebook etc or talk in?
Thank you in advance!

If you are talking on social media, you can utilise the same expressions as in real life. 'Subsequently' implies fairly soon to my listen, the same twenty-four hours for example. I recall 'subsequently' is used past itself likewise. 'Talk again before long!' ways 'Let's talk over again' but the before long doesn't mean much, information technology'due south a convention. It's not necessary to mention 'you'. I daresay dissimilar age groups have unlike habits. I say a grandma-ish 'Goodbye for now'

"Run across you soon" would probably be better than "run into y'all later" (unless you are going to see this person at a subsequently point in the twenty-four hours)
What do yous mean by "talk to yous again!"? - I wouldn't use information technology if you lot are talking about going to run into them.
Nosotros say "on Messenger (the "the" isn't needed), Facebook, etc. For example, "take you seen my post on Facebook?".I hope this helps.
Sorry but i got a little fleck confused. When y'all desire to say I will talk to y'all again on Messenger non on the phone or anywhere else what would you say? Does "Talk to you again" sound unatural?

Every bit I said before 'soon' has no literal meaning.

It'due south not an interview or a formal occasion. If I'm talking to a friend. Can I say "come across y'all later"although I may not come across the person?
UOTE="Dominic_123, post: 16075873, member: 774179"]"Again" doesn't work... peradventure apply "hope" equally in "hope to talk to you presently".
Although, you could say "hope to talk to you again" if it was something similar to an interview for a job.
Besides "talk to you again" is a statement without really any meaning, so it doesn't work[/QUOTE]

I have no problem with "see you later" or "talk to y'all afterwards," even if I know I probably won't see them for weeks. If I do know when I volition run into them, I'll say that: "See you adjacent Wednesday."
Cheers for your respond!

"We'll talk again." Tin can we use this one? I've heard it when people ended a telephone chat. Then in this perspective we can use it when talking on messenger or facebook as well, tin't we?

So "run across you later " "run into you soon" or just "run across y'all" or "bye for now" are acceptable means of ending a conversation even if y'all're not going to meet or talk to the person soon or that 24-hour interval. Am I right?
